We roast this blend daily in our Brisbane warehouse. It’s a medium-dark roast made from 100% Arabica beans that we source from all over the world. Every batch is cupped on arrival and put through Q-grading to make sure the quality stays exactly where it needs to be.
The secret is the mix of five origins: Colombian for a cocoa base, Papua New Guinea for sweetness, Brazilian for body, and a bit of Costa Rican and Nicaraguan coffee to round it out.
